Please read the following terms carefully before using the bat bd platform. These terms form a legal agreement between you and us, and define the rights and responsibilities of both parties while using the platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you will be deemed to have agreed to these terms.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on the bat bd platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own — opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited. Each user may operate only one account; we reserve the right to cancel any duplicate accounts created. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential and not share them with any third party. The account holder is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
2. Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and the terms and conditions of the applicable payment method will also apply. Deposited funds may only be used for approved gaming activities on the platform and may not be transferred for any other purpose. Withdrawal requests will be processed only after the verification process is complete; failure to submit the required documents on time may delay withdrawals. In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, we may request additional verification and reserve the right to place a hold on transactions if necessary. Any account associated with money laundering or illegal financial activity will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.
3. Gaming Rules & Fair Use
All games on the bat bd platform are conducted fairly and transparently, with no manipulation of outcomes. Using bots, automated software, or any form of cheating to play games is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination. In the event of any dispute regarding game results, our system logs will be considered the final evidence. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, we reserve the right to void that round and refund the wager. If multiple accounts are operated from the same household or the same device, they will be considered linked accounts and bonus privileges may be restricted.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, and the detailed terms for each offer will be published separately. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they will only be converted to withdrawable balance once the specified conditions are met. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times or abuse the bonus system will result in the bonus being voided and restrictions being placed on the account. Promotional offers are valid for a limited time, and any unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry. bat bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
In the event of any violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behavior, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice. Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time, and the support team will assist in completing the process. 6. Right to Amend Terms

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may stop using the platform and request account closure.
